We meet you at a pier of your choice and then set course out onto the fjord. We let the wind carry us through the stunning archipelago, while you are guided to take the helm, pull the lines, experience mastery, and truly feel what sailing is.
We primarily tailor events for companies seeking team-building, kick-offs, or experiences for conferences, parties, or summer outings, often including elements of competition and racing. But companies, friend groups, and anyone looking for an unforgettable experience are welcome.

We focus on building teamwork and a sense of mastery onboard, with the customer at the center. Sailing races are a great way to strengthen a team, showing the importance of supporting each other. It pushes the team to perform at their best, with high focus, excitement, and strong team spirit.
In addition, we offer support boats when multiple boats are in action, as well as RIB tours tailored to your wishes and needs. This allows for team-building activities as part of the RIB tour, or land-based activities such as:

Soapbox races
“Puzzle” stations requiring teamwork to solve challenges

We are specialists in sailing events, kick-offs, and team-building on the water. Although based in Vestfold, we operate from Oslo in the north, along the entire Oslofjord including Østfold and Strömstad in the east, and as far west as Larvik and Stavern.
Our sailing events usually last 4–8 hours, but it’s also possible to organize longer trips with overnight stays. We use identical First 40.7 sailboats staffed with qualified skippers and fully compliant HSE and quality management systems, as required by the Norwegian Maritime Authority.
We can run sailing trips for just a few participants or for over 200 people, making it flexible for small groups, corporate events, or large gatherings.
