We want to see people enjoy the sea
Sail On AS is based in Vestfold and delivers experiences throughout the Oslofjord and along the coast of Eastern Norway and Bohuslän. We have many years of experience with courses, sailing events, RIB events and expeditions.
We offer courses, so people gain the practical experience needed to be on the water, and events that give them experiences they remember for the rest of their lives.

Carl Roar founded Sail On
He has served in the Norwegian Navy, worked for the RNLI in the United Kingdom and is trained as an RYA instructor. He is usually out on events, courses or expeditions himself.
Four things we do
One place for everything about getting out on the water, from a bachelor party to a career at sea.
Courses
From the boating licence to the ICC. The goal is that you can go from no sea experience at all to being safe on the water.
Events
More than 80 sailing events and RIB tours for companies every year, tailored for kick-offs and team building throughout the Oslofjord.
Expeditions
Longer trips with overnight stays, as far as Denmark in the south, Sweden in the east and Lofoten in the north.
Sailboat rental
If you have the experience, you can rent a sailboat from us and bring the people who matter most to you.
Miljøfyrtårn since 2022
The certification commits us to keep assessing our environmental footprint and to make changes that take better care of nature and the sea.
Skipper with us?
We are always looking for qualified people who can take on assignments as independent skippers with RIBs or sailboats. It suits anyone who works shifts, has maritime experience and the right certificates. Send us your sailing or RIB CV and copies of your certificates.
